摘要
文章目的是在某款成熟重卡发动机上应用电控硅油风扇,通过试验,验证油耗改善情况;对比温控硅油风扇和电控硅油风扇的结构原理,对油耗改善效果从理论上进行分析和支持。应用电控硅油风扇,可降低发动机附配件的功率消耗,实现节能,从而改善经济性,提升产品竞争力。
        The purpose of this thesis is to apply the electric control silicon oil fan on a mature heavytruck engine to verify the improvement of fuel consumption by test.Compared with the structure principle of temperature control silicon oil fan and electric control silicon oil fan, the improvement effect of oil consumption was analyzed and supported theoretically.The application of the electric control silicon oil fan can reduce the power consumption of the auxiliary parts of the engine, realize energy saving, thus improve economy and improve product competitiveness.
