品管圈在降低腰大池引流非计划性拔管发生率中的应用探讨

摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对降低腰大池引流非计划性拔管发生率的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,通过头脑风暴法和调查研究确定主题,制定目标,把握现状、分析查找出现非计划性拔管的主要原因,针对原因制定相应改进措施。结果实施品管圈后腰大池引流非计划性拔管发生率低于实施品管圈前(5.33%vs.13.92%),目标达成率为130.8%,改善幅度为61.71%,与活动前13.92%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。活动实施后提高了圈员理论知识水平、临床实践能力、观察预见能力、计划管理能力、沟通协调能力、执行能力和科研创新能力,满足了自我内心需求、增强了责任感和自信心。结论品管圈活动可降低腰大池引流非计划性拔管发生率,并使圈员的综合能力得到显著提升。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the incidence of unplanned extubation in lumbar drainage. Methods Set up quality management circle activity group, through brainstorming and survey research to determine the theme, set goals, grasp the present situation, the analysis to find the occurrence of the main causes of unplanned extubation, formulate the corresponding improvement measures against reason. Results The implementation of quality control circle back big pool drainage unplanned extubation rate was lower than before the implementation of quality control circle(5.33% vs.13.92%), the target yield rate was 130.8%, improvement rate was 61.71%, compared with 13.92% before the activity, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Activities after the implementation of ring part theoretical knowledge, clinical practice ability, observation ability to foresee, planning, management ability, communication and coordination ability, executive ability and the innovation ability of scientific research, meet the demand of the self, to enhance the sense of responsibility and self-confidence. Conclusion Quality control circle activity can reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation in lumbar drainage and improve the comprehensive ability of the circle.
