摘要
辩证行为疗法源自传统认知行为理论,是一项综合性心理治疗。自20世纪70年代创立以来逐渐受到关注,被广泛应用于多种人群心理治疗中。本文将通过对辩证行为疗法概念、原理、目标与适用人群、治疗模式的介绍,对其国内现状及未来发展的展望,以期对大家更好地认识和应用辩证行为疗法有所帮助。
Dialectical behavior therapy,a comprehensive treatment,originates from the traditional behavioral theory.Since its establishment in the 1970 s,it has attracted increasing attention and been widely applied to different types of population.This article introduces the concept,principle,objective,applicable population,and therapeutic mode of dialectical behavior therapy,and discusses its current domestic status and future development in hopes of helping therapists better understand and apply dialectical behavior therapy.
