普查法估计红河州蒙自市建水县两地城区暗娼人群规模

摘要
目的了解蒙自市、建水县暗娼人群基数,为暗娼干预工作策略的制定、干预工作效果的评价提供依据,并探索适合当地高危人群规模估计的方法。方法应用普查法,由县区疾病预防控制中心收集当地暗娼活动场所分布及暗娼基线人数相关信息;采用分层随机抽样(抽样比50%)的原则,在中高档、低档场所中分别选取部分场所进行暗娼人数的现场核实;并估计暗娼人群规模。结果蒙自市、建水县两地的暗娼活动场所分别为27个和25个,场所中暗娼的年龄在15～54岁之间,估计场所内的暗娼人数分别为604～651人、413～434人,占当地相应年龄段女性人口的比例分别为0.49%(651/132 631)、0.27%(434/161 544)。结论本次对娱乐场所数量及类型情况的摸底较为清楚,基线报告人数和现场核实人数接近,场所暗娼数量估计较真实,但由于通过电话网络招揽嫖客的暗娼难以纳入,对当地暗娼数量的估计偏低。
Objective To know the local population size of female sex workers(FSWs), to provide basis for the development of the intervention strategy and evaluation of the intervention effect, and explore suitable methods for the size estimation of the local high-risk population in Mengzi city and Jianshui county. Methods Census method was used by the local CDC to collect information on the distribution of their activity places and the baseline number of FSWs. Stratified random sampling(sampling ratio 50%) method was used to verify the number of FSWs in the high-middle-low-level entertainment establishments to estimate the FSW size. Results There were 27 and 25 activity places in Mengzi and Jianshui respectively, with the age range between 15-54 years old and the estimated size between 604-651 and 413-438 FSWs, respectively, accounting for 0.49%(651/132 631) and 0.27%(434/161 544) of the female population in the corresponding age group. Conclusions The survey results describe a clearer picture of the number and type of entertainment venues. The baseline number reported is close to the verified number on-site. The estimated number of FSWs in venues is more realistic. However, because it is difficult to enroll the FSWs contacting clients through telephone or network, this number of local FSWs is underestimated.
