摘要
《安装工程计量与计价》是工程造价专业中,一门重要的专业核心课程,通过课程的学习有利于培养学生形成安装工程预算的专业能力,该课程涉及面广,实践性比较强,在实际课程教学中存在着一定的困难。由于定额地域性的特点、课程教学单位归属和课程体系等方面存在着问题,课程教学存在着教材选用困难、前导课程教学效果不理想,专业技术体系隐蔽性强等难题。针对这一系列问题,在对问题的原因进行分析的基础上,提出在掌握课程基本原理和方法基础上不断拓展新的知识、合理调整课程教学单位归属、优化前导课程的教学、将BIM技术引入课程教学、强化课程实践性教学环节,在理论教学中采取"教学做"一体化教学模式等措施优化课程的教学模式,达到课程的教学目的。
        The Installation engineering measurement and pricing is an important core course of engineering cost,the study of the course is conducive to the development of students' professional ability to form the installation project budget,the course covers a wide range and is practical. At present,There are certain difficulties in the actual course teaching.There are difficulties in the course teaching,such as the characteristics of the regional nature of the quota,the attribution of the curriculum unit and the curriculum system,ect,There are difficulties in the selection of teaching materials,the unsatisfactory teaching effect of the leading courses,and the hidden nature of the professional technical system,For this series of questions,the paper propose that we should continuously expand new knowledge on the basis of mastering the basic principles and methods of the curriculum,,rationally adjust the teaching unit ownership,optimize the teaching of the leading course,introduce BIM technology into the course teaching,strengthen the practical teaching link of the course,and adopt "teaching" in the theoretical teaching. Doing"integrated teaching mode"and other measures to optimize the teaching mode of the course,in order to achieve the purpose of the course.
