摘要

从产教融合视角出发,围绕黑龙江省生态旅游业发展,借鉴先进经验,探讨高职生态旅游类专业"校企深度融合、工学结合、现代学徒培养""三位一体"的人才培养模式。具体内容包括生态旅游类专业人才培养目标、育人机制、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、校内外实训基地建设等方面。
        From the perspective of integration of industry and education,focusing on the development of eco-tourism in Heilongjiang Province and drawing on advanced experience,to explore the "three-in-one"talent training mode of eco-tourism specialty in Higher Vocational colleges,which is"deep integration of schools and enterprises,combination of work and learning,modern apprenticeship training". The specific contents include the training objectives of ecotourism professionals,the mechanism of educating people,the construction of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff,the inside and outside schools' construction of training bases,and so on.
