应用手机APP提高冠心病患者二级预防服药依从性的研究进展

摘要
心血管疾病威胁着人类生命与健康安全,其中冠心病以发病率与死亡率双高而出名,并且冠心病还伴随着众多的病发症,就目前而言,治疗治疗冠心病多以内科治疗为主,患者服药的依从性高低直接影响疾病的进展。本文则对国内外近几年相关研究内容进行回顾,对冠心病患者耳机预防服药依从性进行综述,从现状、影响因素、干预措施等方面入手,为国内展开手机服药提醒APP提高冠心病患者服药依从性研究提供依据。
Cardiovascular diseases have been threatening human life and health, and coronary heart disease is famous for high morbidity and mortality and many complications. At present, coronary heart disease was treated with internal medical treatment mainly, and compliance of patients affects progress of the disease directly. The article reviews related research contents home and abroad in recent years, and summarizes secondary prevention compliance of coronary heart disease patients based on current situation, influencing factors and intervention measures, to provide basis for study of improving compliance of coronary heart disease patients through mobile phone medication reminding APP.
