水利部门户网站页面设计与应用

摘要
2016年10月水利部门户网站启动改版工作,2017年7月正式上线运行。详细介绍新版水利部门户网站的改版背景、原则、目标,系统分析原有网站存在的不足和突出问题,形象展示改版后的栏目设置和网站页面,为社会公众提供实用、易用的网站便民服务,对水利部机关司局、直属单位和各地水利系统网站栏目规划,页面设计,建设管理具有指导和借鉴意义。
In October 2016, the modification of portal webpage of the Ministry of Water Resources was launched and officially launched in July 2017. This paper detailedly introduces the background, principles and objectives of the new version of the water resources department portal webpage, systematically analyses the shortcomings and prominent problems of the original website, visually displays the column settings and website pages after the revision, provides practical and easy-to-use website services for the public. It has guiding and referential significance of plans, page design and construction management for the website columns of departments, departments directly affiliated units and water resources systems of the Ministry of Water Resources.
