番茄红素的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用

摘要
番茄红素是一种黄/红色不含氧的类胡萝卜素,作为纯天然的饲料添加剂,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、改善脂质代谢和繁殖能力等作用。本文综述了番茄红素的理化特性、生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用现状,以期为番茄红素开发利用和动物的健康养殖提供参考。
        Lycopene,a yellowish or red carotenoid,is a naturally feed additive,which has the effects of antioxidation,improve immune function,regulate lipid metabolism and reproductive capacity,et al.This article summarized the physicochemical characteristics,physiological function,as well as the actual application status in animal production,in order to provide conference for the development and utilization of lycopene and the healthy breeding of animals.
