摘要
上海世茂深坑酒店工程钢结构外轮廓呈水平与竖向双向曲线。其中,钢管柱具有立面折线形且倾角大、管径小、管内水平与竖向加劲隔板多且尺寸大、混凝土需超深向下输送等施工难点。通过细划浇筑工艺,采用样板柱及相关试验检验浇筑方案的可行性并在浇筑过程中使用红外热成像仪检测钢管的密实度,较好地保证了钢管柱中混凝土浇捣的密实性。
Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel steel structure outer profile is horizontal and vertical curve. The steel tube column has the construction difficulties such as the elevation and the inclination angle is large,the pipe diameter is small,the horizontal and vertical stiffener partitions are larger and the size of the pipe is deep,and the concrete needs to be deep and downward. Through the fine laying pouring construction technology,using sample column and related test feasibility of pouring scheme. And in the pouring process using the red hot imager to detect the compactness of the steel pipe,to ensure that the steel pipe column concrete pouring compaction density.
