高地应力松软煤层回采巷道松动圈测试及注浆加固技术应用

摘要
为解决曙光煤矿1218工作面运输巷掘进过程中两帮变形量大及片帮严重的问题,运用松动圈测试技术对巷道两帮围岩的松动范围进行分析,结合运输巷围岩变形破坏的情况,对注浆加固方案进行具体设计。结果表明,两帮采用注浆加固+补强锚索的加固方案后,顶底板最大移近量为90 mm,两帮最大移近量为170 mm,有效的控制巷道两帮的变形,保证了巷道围岩的稳定。
        In order to solve the situation that the deformation of the two sides was large and serious during the mining of the1218 working face, the loosening range of the surrounding rock of the roadway was analyzed by the loose-loop test technology, combined with the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway, the grouting reinforcement scheme was designed. The results showed that the reinforcement scheme of grouting reinforcement +reinforcing anchor cable was adopted, the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 90 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 170 mm, which effectively controlled the deformation of the two sides, ensured the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
