摘要
随着城市地铁交通的快速发展,盾构下穿各种地面交通线路的情况也频繁发生。以某盾构区间下穿高铁桥梁为例,从施工的角度来探讨降低风险的措施,通过灌注桩加固、掘进参数控制、区间注浆、监控量测及千斤顶应急等施工手段,有效的降低桥墩变形、减少沉降,确保盾构施工和高铁运营两方面的安全,以期对类似工程起到借鉴作用。
        With the rapid development of urban metro traffic, the phenomena of shield-tunnelingunder-crossing various ground traffic lines also occur frequently. With a certain shield tunneling under-crossing a high-speed railway bridge as a practical example, explored from the angle of construction in the present paper are the risk-lowering measures. Through consolidating the cast-in-place piles, controlling the driving parameters, sectional slip-casting, monitoring and measuring, using jacks for emergencies and other construction measures, the deformation of the piers and settlement are effectively reduced, with the safety of both the shield tunneling construction and the operation of the high-speed railway ensured. The success of the project is expected to serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
