铜矿石提高回收率的选矿新工艺探究

摘要
使用新的选矿技术方法,提高铜矿石中铜的回收率,除了能够给企业增加经济利润外,还有利于提高资源利用率,避免资源的浪费。我国铜矿资源虽然较为丰富,但是其中低品位、复杂难选铜矿资源的比例较高,如何实现这些特殊矿产资源的深度开发利用,不仅关系到企业自身的经济效益,也对国民经济发展产生了一定的影响。文章以某铜矿为例,首先就该矿的矿石性质进行了概述,随后对比分析了当前几种主流的选矿方法,随后结合试验分析,证明了选矿新工艺的实际应用价值。
        Using the new mineral processing technology and method to improve the recovery rate of copper in copper ore can not only increase the economic profit of enterprises, but also help to improve the utilization rate of resources and avoid the waste of resources. Although China is rich in copper resources, the proportion of low-grade and complex refractory copper resources is high.How to realize the in-depth development and utilization of these special mineral resources is not only related to the economic benefits of the enterprises themselves. It also has a certain impact on the development of the national economy. Taking a copper mine as an example, this paper first summarizes the ore properties of the mine, then compares and analyzes several current mainstream mineral processing methods, and finally proves the practical application value of the new mineral processing technology in combination with the experimental analysis.
