摘要
涉及一种基于中宽带生产线精轧机电动压下无法可靠控制板型的控制方法的研发,通过对该生产线精轧机组压下结构及轧钢过程的研究,开发对电动压下的动作控制程序执行预先设定的动作时序控制的技术手段,实现带钢轧制过程中的头尾控制,达到头尾控制板型的显著提高的目标,该方法具有很好的可操作性。
        This paper is about a method for the board type controlling and solved the problem the electric screwdown structure of hot rolled medium-wide strip finishing mill can not reliable control the panel type. By studying the screwdown structure and relating technical means,achieved the end-to-end controlling for the strip rolling. This method has good maneuverability.This paper deals with the research and development of a control method which solved the problem that the under the electric screwdownstructureof precision rolling mill can not control the shape of the plate reliably based on middle and broadband production line. Bystudyingthe structure of the finishing mill and the rolling process of the finishing mill,The technical means of implementing preset action sequence control to the action control program under electric screwdownstructure is developed. Achieved the end-to-end controlling for the strip rolling. The method has good operability to achieve the goal of improving the end to end control panel ignificantly.
