摘要
广州宏宇大厦主塔楼为框架-核心筒结构,存在扭转不规则及侧向刚度不规则的不利情况,相应采取了增加角部楼板厚度和配筋率并对薄弱层改用型钢混凝土框架梁等加强措施;裙楼为板柱剪力墙结构,剪力墙承受全部地震作用;对于场地存在溶洞等不良地质现象,基础相应采用全回转套管冲孔灌注桩新工艺进行施工,保证了施工质量。
The main tower of Hongyu Building in Guangzhou which has unfavourable isituations of irregulation about torsion and lateral rigiditys frame-core tube structure. Accordingly,measures of increasing the thickness and reinforcement-ratio of the decks in the corner and using the steel reinforced concrete framed girder are adopted. The podium is of slab-column shearwall structure,for which the shearwall bears all the earthquake force. There are karst caves in this site,therefor,a new constructional craft which called rotary casing punching pile is applied in foundation to insure the quality.
