摘要

为了将土地利用转型和土地资源不动产登记管理的能力提升,结合现状,对两者的内涵与存在关系进行细致研究,且给出相关的控管策略,目的在于将两者的管理水平提升,促进我国土地资源的合理利用。
        In order to improve the ability of land use transformation and land resources real estate registration and management, combining with the current situation, the connotation and existing relationship of the two are carefully studied, and the relevant control strategies are given. The purpose is to improve the management level of the two and promote the rational use of land resources in China.
