滚珠丝杠副外滚道研磨工艺参数优化试验研究

摘要
为深入研究研磨工艺参数对丝杠滚道表面的影响,应用自主研制的滚珠丝杠研磨工装及研磨试验台,采用正交试验法设计试验,运用极差法分析了研磨工艺参数研磨摩擦力矩、研磨颗粒大小、研磨转速和研磨周期对滚珠丝杠行程误差、表面粗糙度和残余应力的影响规律。并基于正交试验法的分析结果对研磨工艺参数进行了优化,通过实验验证明,优化的研磨工艺参数可以有效的改善滚珠丝杠的滚道表面质量和综合性能,为滚珠丝杠研磨工艺的参数选择提供了借鉴意义。
        A lapping experiment was conducted with the designed lapping tool and testing table to investigate the influence of lapping parameters on the ball screws. The orthogonal test method was applied for the design of experiment,and the range method was used to analyze the influence of the lapping parameterslapping friction torque,particle size,lapping speed,lapping cycle on the travel error,the residual stress and the surface roughness of the ball screws. Based on the analyses of the orthogonal test method,the lapping parameter optimization was realized. Through experimental verification,the optimized lapping parameters can effectively improve the surface quality and comprehensive performance of the ball screws,which provides a reference for the lapping parameters selection of lapping process.
