摘要
采用交流调磁的双交错混合励磁同步电机是一种新型电机,其定子部分存在两套空间交错排列的交流绕组,转子上铁极和永磁极交错排列,电机气隙三维磁场为块状分布。由于该电机磁场分布特殊,使得普通电机的分析方法不适用于双交错混合励磁电机;此外,在确定电机的极槽配合时,必须考虑磁场三维分布的影响。本文在三维磁场分析的基础上,提出了一种基于反电动势的双交错混合励磁电机极槽配合分析方法,有限元仿真及样机试验证明了该方法的有效性;在该方法基础上,分析了不同分相方式、不同线圈参数的48槽以内双交错混合励磁电机极槽配合,为该新型电机的初步设计提供了参考。
The dual consequent hybrid excitation synchronous( DCHES) machine is a new type machine.The stator has two sets of AC windings which are staggered in space,the iron poles and PM poles on rotor are staggered too,and the 3 D air gap flux presents the pattern of block-distribution. Because of the special 3 D air gap flux distribution,the methods to analyse general machines can not be applied to analyse DCHES machine directly. Furthermore,the influence of 3 D air gap flux distribution must be taken into account when choosing the slots and poles of DCHES machine. In this paper,a back-EMF based method to determine the slot-pole combination for DCHES machine was presented,3 D FEA and experiments validated the presented method. Based on this analytical method,the slot-pole combinations up to 48-slots under different coil parameters were discussed,which provided a reference for the preliminary design of this machine.
