极薄煤层采煤机滚筒装煤能力及其评价的数学模型

摘要
为了探明极薄煤层采煤机结构布置与其装煤效率之间的关系以及准确评价螺旋滚筒装煤能力,采用变参数的分析方法,分析影响装煤效率的结构布置参数,建立了螺旋滚筒装煤通流体积流量与滚筒参数关联性的评价模型,利用该参数关系和模型计算极薄煤层采煤机相对滚筒装煤无效面积率、叶片作用面积与非作用面积之比、断面利用系数和滚筒装煤能力。结果表明:当摩擦系数越大装煤能力越小,随着摩擦系数增大传统装煤能力计算误差越大;采煤机布置形式限制滚筒装煤能力,对装煤效率有着很大影响。该研究为极薄煤层采煤机提高装煤效率改进参数提供参考。
        This paper provides a deeper insight into the relationship between the structure arrangement of shearers used for extremely thin seams and the loading efficiency to ensure an accurate evaluation of the coal loading capacity of spiral drums. The research involves identifying the relationship between structural layout parameters affecting coal loading efficiency using the method of variable parameters; developing an evaluation model controlling the correlation between the volumetric flow rate of coal through screw drums and the parameters of the drums; calculating the invalid area relative to coal loading,the ratio of blade action area to non-acting area,cross-section utilization coefficient,and drum coal loading capacity using this parameter relation and model; and thereby evaluating the coal loading efficiency. The results demonstrate that a larger friction coefficient is associated with a smaller coal loading capacity; and an increase in friction coefficient is followed by an increasing calculation error of traditional coal loading capacity and besides,the layout of shearers imposes limits on the coal loading capacity of the drum and has a great effect on the coal loading efficiency. The research could serve as a theoretical basis for the realization of highly efficient coal loading of very thin coal seam shearers.
