摘要
液压支架作为煤矿开采的关键支护设备,其可靠性对回采安全有重要作用。随着煤矿厚煤层及中厚煤层的储量减少,薄煤层与极薄煤层将逐渐成为主采煤层。极薄煤层空间狭小、开采效率低、安全可靠性差,目前大多数液压支架都是针对中厚煤层所设计的,因而研发一种满足极薄煤层开采的液压支架显得尤为重要。
        Hydraulic support is the key supporting equipment in coal mining, and its reliability plays an important role in safety of coal winning. With the reduction of reserves of thick and medium-thick seams in coal mines, thin seams and extremely thin seams will gradually become the main coal seams. Because of the narrow space, low mining efficiency and poor safety and reliability of ultra-thin seam, most hydraulic supports are designed for medium-thick seam at present. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a hydraulic support for ultra-thin seam mining.
