摘要

我国高等教育的普及,对于教师队伍提出了新的要求,高校要实现可持续发展,就要加强师资队伍的建设和管理,加强创新人才的培养。基于此,结合当前高校师资队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,进而探讨加强师资队伍建设的途径。
        With the popularization of higher education in China, new demands have been put forward on the teaching staff. To realize sustainable development, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and management of the teaching staff and strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of college teachers, and explores ways to improve the construction of the teaching staff.
