摘要
积极心理品质对个体获得积极情绪体验、从容应对挫折、进行自我激励、提升幸福感有着重要意义。高职院校要进一步加强积极取向的心理健康教育,这是由学生的自身心理品质特点及心理健康教育现状决定的。建设基于积极心理品质提升的心理类校本课程,是以积极心理学视野下的学生成长需求为导向,以模块化开发课程为思路,以校本课程建设为路径,并在第二课堂的教学实践中不断加以完善,由此成为积极心理学视野下学校心理健康教育工作的重要组成部分。
Positive psychological quality is of great significance for individuals to obtain positive emotional experience, to calmly cope with setbacks, to self-motivate and to promote happiness. Higher vocational colleges need to further strengthen positively mental health education, which is determined by students' quality characteristics and the status quo of mental health education. Constructing school-based psychological curriculum based on the improvement of positive psychological quality is based on the students' growth needs from the perspective of positive psychology, setting the modular development curriculum as the target and school-based curriculum construction as the path, with constant improvement in the teaching practice of second classroom, thus becoming an important part of the school mental health education work from the perspective of positive psychology.
