摘要
目的探究互联网大数据时代的医院人事管理创新。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月本市某医院就职的医护人员90名作为对照组;该院在2018年1月引进了人事档案管理系统,并确切落实了相应管理对策,选取应用人事档案管理系统后2018年2月~2019年2月该院就职的医护人员90名作为研究组。观察实施创新性信息化人事管理前后工作成效、满意度和人事管理成本。结果研究组档案调取、内容变更、权限设置以及管理质量等工作成效评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度(94.44%)高于对照组(84.44%)(P<0.05);研究组人事管理成本低于对照组。结论互联网大数据时代下,人事管理系统可有效提高人事管理的工作成效和满意度,降低管理成本,值得在行业中借鉴应用。
        Objective To explore the innovation of hospital personnel management in the era of Internet big data. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 90 medical staff in a hospital in the city were selected as the control group. In January 2018, the hospital introduced the personnel file management system, and implemented the corresponding management countermeasures. After the file management system, from February 2018 to February 2019, 90 medical staff in the hospital was employed as research groups. Observe the effectiveness, satisfaction and personnel management costs before and after the implementation of innovative informational personnel management. Results The work performance scores of the study group's file retrieval, content change, authority setting and management quality were higher than those of the control group( P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group(94.44%) was higher than that of the control group(84.44%)(P=0.03); the research team personnel management cost is lower than the control group. Conclusion In the era of Internet big data, the personnel management system can effectively improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of personnel management, reduce management costs, and is worthy of reference in the industry.
