通调“三道两路”治疗胃食管反流病理论探微

摘要
"三道两路"是壮医学的核心理论之一。"谷道"调节枢纽在脾胃;"水道"调节枢纽在肾;"气道"调节枢纽在肺;"龙路"为人体血液、体液和精津的通路;"火路"为人体内为传感之路。故从"谷道""气道""水道"揆度胃食管反流病病机,探讨应用壮医经筋疗法通调"三道两路"以润养、沟通脏腑,恢复机体的内外平衡和天、地、人三气同步,致脾胃、肺肾气机调和,而起到治疗胃食管反流病的作用。以期为胃食管返流病的防治提供一个崭新思路及干预措施。
'Three passages and two channels' is one of the core theories of Zhuang medicine. 'Gu passages' regulation hub is in the spleen and stomach. 'Shui passages' regulation hub is in the kidney. 'Qi passages' regulation hub is in the lungs.'Long channels' is the access of human blood, body fluid and spermine. 'Huo channels' is the path of sensing in human body.The application of Zhuang medicine by reinforcement treatment from local effect as a whole, through the 'three passages and two channels' to restore the body's internal and external balance, so as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. It provides a new idea and intervention for the prevention and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
