摘要

本文基于吉林某高校食堂膳食营养大数据,采用数据库开发技术,将食堂的菜品营养信息数据收集、编录成信息库,实现采用计算机系统对菜品营养素的计算与评价,为广大师生营养信息咨询、营养结构调整服务提供平台,为高校食堂膳食营养结构搭配提供数据支撑,有助于提高高校师生的健康饮食水平和推进高校食堂膳食营养信息化进程。
        Based on the dietary nutrition Jilin XX college canteens data, using the database development technology,the canteen food nutrition information data collection, logging into the database, realize by using the computer system for the calculation and evaluation of food nutrients, for the majority of teachers and students nutrition information consulting service platform, nutrition structure adjustment, canteen meal nutrition structure collocation for colleges and universities to provide data support, help to improve the level of university teachers and students of a healthy diet and the process of informatization canteen meal nutrition.
