磷酸肌酸联合灯盏花素治疗病毒性心肌炎67例临床研究

摘要
目的探讨磷酸肌酸联合灯盏花素注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将134例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各67例。对照组患者给予常规治疗+磷酸肌酸治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用灯盏花素注射液治疗,疗程均为2周。结果治疗后,两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(c Tn T)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组同期(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的白细胞介素35(IL-35)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组同期(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(94.03%比80.60%,P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸联合灯盏花素注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎,可调节免疫平衡,减轻炎症损伤,降低氧化应激反应,减少心肌损伤,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate combined with Breviscapine Injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis and its mechanism of action. Methods Totally 134 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,67 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment combined with creatine phosphate,on this basis,the observation group was given Breviscapine Injection,the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-17,CK-MB,c Tn T and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the same period( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-35 and SOD were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the same period( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 94. 03% vs. 80. 60%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate combined with Breviscapine Injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis can regulate immune balance,reduce inflammatory injury,oxidative stress response and myocardial injury,it also can improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
