摘要
目的探讨测定曲咪新乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德和硝酸咪康唑含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm);以A甲醇∶0.05%乙酸铵(85∶15),B甲醇∶0.05%乙酸铵(75∶25)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长240 nm,进样量:20μL。结果醋酸曲安奈德在0.01~0.06 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=5),平均回收率为100.52%,RSD=0.62%;硝酸咪康唑在0.1~0.6 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6,n=5),平均回收率为99.93%,RSD=0.86%。结论此方法可同时测定曲咪新乳膏中两组分的含量,方法简便,准确,快速。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method to determinate the contents of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide and miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate cream.Methods Using Agilent SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)column;Mobile phase A was methyl alcohol and 0.05% ammonium acetate in(85∶15),Mobile phase B was methyl alcohol and 0.05% ammonium acetate in(75∶25),gradient elution;Velocity:1.0 mL/min;The column temperature was 30 ℃.The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm and the inject volume was 20 μL.Result The linear hypotaxis of triamcinolone acetonide was good in the scope of 0.01-0.06 mg/mL(r=1.000 0,n=5).The average recycle ratio was 100.52%(RSD=0.62%).The linear hypotaxis of Miconazole Nitrate was good in the scope of 0.1-0.6 mg/mL(r=0.999 6,n=5).The average recycle ratio was 99.93%(RSD=0.86%).Conclusion This method can simultaneously determine the contents of the two components in triamcinolone acetonide and miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate cream.The method is simple,accurate and fast.
