摘要
为缓解华东部分地区受虚拟经济影响所形成的产业空心化迹象,通过超效率DEA-Malmquist模型对华东地区2008—2015年的建筑业效率进行静态与动态的比较研究,为维持实体经济稳定提供有力的数据基础。研究结果表明:华东地区整体建筑业效率比较高,总体呈上升趋势,但是各省市建筑业效率差距较明显、发展不均衡,其中技术进步是影响建筑业效率变动的最主要因素。结合静态与动态分析的结果,提出了相应的对策建议,为华东地区的建筑业效率提升提供了参考。
        In order to alleviate the signs of Industrial Hollowing caused by the influence of fictitious economy in eastern China,a static and dynamic comparative study on the efficiency of construction industry in eastern China from 2008 to 2015 is carried out by using the super-efficiency DEA-Malmquist model,which can provide a powerful data basis for maintaining the stability of real economy. The study finds that the overall efficiency of the construction industry in East China is relatively high,showing an upward trend,but the efficiency gap between provinces and cities is obvious,and the development is not balanced.Technological progress is the most important factor affecting the efficiency change of the construction industry. Combining the results of static and dynamic analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which provide a reference for improving the efficiency of the construction industry in East China.
