摘要

目的研究利用自主设计的一种侧脑室穿刺定位装置进行侧脑室置管的临床价值。方法选取本院3年来在应用侧脑室穿刺引流术治疗各种颅脑疾病的100例患者,50例采用侧脑室穿刺置管定位装置的为治疗组,50例常规穿刺的为对照组,就穿刺成功率和手术时间进行对照研究。结果采用侧脑室穿刺置管定位装置辅助穿刺均一次穿刺成功,穿刺成功率高,手术时间大大缩短。结论侧脑室穿刺置管定位装置在脑室外引流中是一种准确性高,容易掌握,便于临床推广的新方法。
        Objective To study the effects of a novel positioning device of lateral ventricle puncture for external ventricular drain. Methods 100 patients underwentexternal ventricular drain in our department in last 3 years. The patients were randomly divided into study group(with the positioning device of lateral ventricle puncture) and control group. Results The study group have exhibited the success at first puncture,improved the success rate of puncture, shortened the operation time. Conclusion The positioning device of lateral ventricle puncture issafe, feasible and effective for external ventricular drain.
