总结环江县林地保护利用规划修编的工作流程,制定多规衔接的原则,为修编工作提供可行的技术方案。
        The paper summarizes the working process of the planning and modification of the forestland protection and utilization plan of Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county,and develops the principles of multiple plan cohesion,and provides feasible technical solutions for the modification work.
