宫腔球囊填塞与B-Lynch缝合治疗产后出血的效果观察

摘要
目的研究分析产后出血患者采用宫腔球囊填塞与B-Lynch缝合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2017年02月～2018年02月本院180例产后出血患者,通过随机数字表法,将患者随机分为研究组和常规组,两组各90例,其中通过B-Lynch缝合治疗的患者,定义为常规组,选择宫腔球囊填塞治疗的患者,定义为研究组。统计对比两组患者术后不同时间段出血量、并发症发生情况以及手术时间、止血时间、住院时间。结果研究组并发症发生率为低于常规组,差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不同时间段的出血量,均低于常规组(P <0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间以及止血时间,均优于常规组(P <0.05)。结论对产后出血患者采用宫腔球囊填塞术治疗效果优异,值得应用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of intrauterine balloon tamponade and B-Lynch suture for postpartum hemorrhage patients. Methods 180 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and routine group, with 90 cases in each group. Patients treated by B-Lynch suture were defined as routine group, and patients treated by uterine balloon tamponade were selected as research group. Statistic and compared the two groups of patients in different periods of postoperative bleeding, complications,as well as operation time, hemostasis time, hospitalization time. Results The incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The amount of bleeding in the study group at different time periods was lower than that in the conventional group(P < 0.05). The operation time, hospitalization time and hemostasis time in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine balloon tamponade for postpartum hemorrhage is effective and worthy of application.
