摘要
介绍了多种不同类型的婴儿脑MRI图谱并简述了其构建过程,阐述了婴儿脑MRI图谱在婴儿脑图像分割中的应用并分析了图像分割结果产生误差的原因,提出图像分割结果由脑图谱的图像配准与分割算法共同决定。最后讨论了当前婴儿脑图谱研究和应用中的局限性以及该领域未来的发展趋势。
        The types and construction of the human infant brain MRI atlases that were publically available were described.The application of infant brain atlas in infant image segmentation was summarized. The causes for errors during image segmentation were analysed, and it's proposed the image segmentation results should be determined by image registration and segmentation algorithm of brain atlas. Finally, the limitations in current research and suggest potential future research directions were discussed.
