无锡市人民医院医联体双向转诊情况调查分析及改进策略

摘要
目的:了解无锡市人民医院医联体双向转诊情况以及存在的问题,在此基础上提出相关对策与建议。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对无锡市人民医院医联体双向转诊情况进行调研,并进行统计学分析。结果:医联体在双向转诊执行过程中,社区卫生服务中心向无锡市人民医院转诊容易,无锡市人民医院向社区卫生服务中心转诊则较困难。结论:通过加强紧密型专科医联体建设、利用信息化手段、完善社区卫生服务中心设施设备、加强基层医务人员技术培训及改革医联体绩效分配等措施,可有效缓解"上转容易下转难"困境。
Objective:To understand the situation of dual referral in Wuxi People's Hospital(hereinafter referred to as People's Hospital) medical alliance,and to put forward relevant suggestions.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the dual referral situation of medical alliance of Wuxi People's Hospital and to make statistical analysis.Results:It shows that community healthcare center delivers more patients to people's hospital and people's hospital delivers less patients to community healthcare center.Conclusions:Problems can be smoothed with the countermeasures of strengthening closed medical alliance and information system,completing the facilities of community healthcare center,pay more attention to training and improving performance assessment.
