摘要
自行火炮作战效能评估一般会利用AHP以及多属性效用等有效方法。AHP能够充分利用专家的主观意见,但是难以排除人为因素带来的主观偏差的问题;多属性效用方法不受人为因素影响,且能够充分运用武器的具体参数,但难以反映评估专家的偏好,也无法判断评估对象各指标的相对重要性的问题。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于AHP和多属性效用结合的评估方法。该方法有效结合AHP与多属性效用方法的优势,实现了评估时主观数据和客观数据的有机统一,减小了评估偏差。通过对自行火炮作战效能进行实例分析,并分析验证了该方法的科学性与合理性。
        Self-propelled artillery operational effectiveness assessment generally turns to AHP and multi-attribute utility and other effective methods. In assessment, AHP can make full use of the subjective opinions of experts, but it is difficult to rule out the subjective bias caused by human factors. Multi-attribute utility method, immune from human factors, can make full use of the specific parameters of weapons. However, it is difficult to reflect the preference of experts, with the relative importance of each criterion of the assessment object failing to be determined. In response to this problem, the method based on AHP and multi-attribute utility was proposed. The method effectively combines the advantages of AHP and multi-attribute utility methods, and realizes the organic unification of subjective data and objective data in assessment, and reduces the assessment bias. Finally, the combat effectiveness of self-propelled artillery was demonstrated through actual examples, with the scientificity and rationality of this method analyzed and verified.
