摘要
目的分析在某次集训任务期间部队官兵疾病发生情况,为遂行类似任务卫生保障工作提供参考依据。方法回顾2018年任务期间官兵的发病人次、疾病种类及构成等资料,对其进行统计分析,并比较发病率最高的6种疾病在任务两个不同阶段的变化情况。结果整个任务期间官兵昼夜发病率为48. 1‰。呼吸系统疾病、损伤类疾病、消化系统疾病、皮肤病、口腔疾病是占比最高的五大系统疾病;上呼吸道感染、咽炎、软组织损伤、变应性鼻炎是发病率最高的4种疾病,且在集训两个不同阶段的发病率具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论室内集训任务发病以上呼吸道感染、咽炎、变应性鼻炎等疾病为主,呼吸道疾病是卫生防病保障工作的重点。
        Objective To analyze the disease spectrum during a large-scale military training mission and to provide references for disease control and prevention in similar missions. Methods The number of cases,types and composition of diseases of army personnel during a 2018 training mission were analyzed retrospectively,and the changes in the top six types of diseases in the two different stages of the mission were compared. Results During the mission,the diurnal morbidity was 48. 1‰. Respiratory diseases,injuries,digestive diseases,skin diseases and oral diseases were the five most common systemic diseases. The top six diseases were upper respiratory tract infection,pharyngitis,soft tissue injury,allergic rhinitis,tinea pedis and oral ulcer. There was significant difference in the incidence of the four most common diseases in the two different stages of the training task( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Upper respiratory tract infections,pharyngitis,allergic rhinitis and other respiratory diseases are the focus of disease control and prevention during indoor training.
