摘要
安装在多雨潮湿地区且毗邻化工园区的燃机电厂,其进气过滤器面临高湿度、高污染物运行环境的压力,选型的不当,极易导致过滤器在短期内失效。本文介绍了安装在长江中下游地区的M701F4燃气轮机进气系统的结构、滤芯使用情况及存在问题,分析了失效的原因,提出了初级过滤器的改造方案,解决了使用寿命偏短、频繁停机更换的问题,对进气过滤器的选型有一定的参考价值。
Gas turbine plants adjacent to chemical industrial parks in rainy and humid environments put forward higher requirements for gas turbine inlet filters,improper selection can easily lead to the filter failure in the short term. This paper introduces the structure of air intake system, the use of filter element and the existing problems of M701 F4 gas turbine in a power plant adjacent to chemical industrial parks in rainy and humid environments,, and analyzes the reasons for failure. The retrofit scheme of primary filter is put forward, which solves the problems of short service life and frequent shutdown replacement. It has certain reference value for selection of intake air filter.
