基于全面发展的新时代职业学校学生社团文化培育的研究——以江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校为例

摘要
新时代职业学校学生社团文化培育对于促进学生的全面发展有着重要的意义,本文从新时代职业学校学生社团文化培育的现状入手,通过培育的现状调查、实施路径、实践策略、成效分析四个方面阐述基于全面发展的新时代职业学校学生社团文化培育的研究成果,为培养新时期职场高质量的人才寻找到了新途径、新方法,为中职学校提供了有价值、可参考的德育培养范式。
The cultivation of vocational school students' association culture in the new era is of great significance to promote the all-round development of students. Starting from the status quo of the cultivation of vocational school students' association culture in the newera, this paper elaborates the research results on the cultivation of vocational school students' association culture in the newera based on comprehensive development from such four aspects as status quo investigation, implementation path, practical strategy and effectiveness analysis, having found new ways and new methods for cultivating high-quality talents in the new era and provided a valuable and referenceable moral education paradigm for secondary vocational schools.
