PAC模式在门诊人工流产术患者中应用价值分析

摘要
目的探讨流产后关爱(PAC)模式在门诊人工流产术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月于我院门诊行人工流产术的160例患者,随机分为两组各80例。对照组实施传统人工流产术服务模式,观察组实施PAC模式,两组患者均随访观察6个月。结果观察组随访观察后的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05), WHOQOL-BREF量表评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的正确使用避孕措施率与满意度分别为83.75%、 95.00%,均高于对照组的60.00%、 81.25%(P <0.05)。观察组的再次流产率为3.75%,低于对照组的12.50%(P <0.05)。结论 PAC模式能够显著缓解门诊人工流产术患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,提高患者的生活质量、正确使用避孕措施率及满意度,降低再次流产率,临床价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of post-abortion care(PAC) mode in outpatients with artificial abortion.Methods 160 cases of patients with artificial abortion in our outpatient from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received traditional artificial abortion service mode, while the observation group was given PAC mode. Both groups were followed up for 6 months. Results After follow-up observation, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05), and the WHOQOL-BREF scale score was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The rate of correct use of contraceptives and the satisfaction degree of the observation group were respectively 83.75% and 95.00%, higher than 60.00% and 81.25% of the control group(P <0.05). The re-abortion rate of the observation group was 3.75%, lower than 12.50% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions PAC mode can significantly relieve the adverse psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression of outpatients with artificial abortion, improve the quality of life, the rate of correct use of contraceptives and satisfaction degree, and reduce the re-abortion rate, which has higher clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
