《本草纲目》中有毒中药的药物警戒思想:金石部

摘要
目的基于"识毒-用毒-防毒-解毒"警戒思想,挖掘梳理《本草纲目》中金石部有毒中药药物警戒措施,探析李时珍对金石部有毒中药的应用规律与药物警戒意识。方法系统整理金石部中药的毒性、炮制、配伍、附方应用等情况。结果共录入33味有毒中药,分为有毒、小毒、微毒3种。结论从识毒、用毒、防毒、解毒4个方面诠释《本草纲目》金石部有毒中药的药物警戒思想,可为现代临床安全用药提供参考。
Objective Based on the whole pharmacovigilance theoretical frame that is formed by cognition,application,prevention and rescue of drug toxicity,the current study was designed to excavate and comb the warning measures of toxic Chinese medicine of Jinshi classification in the Compendium of Materia Medica,and analyze Li shizhen ' s application of and vigilance consciousness on the toxic Chinese medicine of Jinshi. Methods This paper sorted out the problems of toxicity,processing,compatibility and application of Chinese medicine of Jinshi classification. Results A total of 33 kinds of toxic Chinese medicines were recorded,and they were classified into three categories: toxicity,middle toxicity,little toxicity.Conclusion This article explained the pharmacovigilance of toxic Chinese medicines in the " Compendium of Materia Medica" from the aspects of cognition,application,prevention and rescue,and provinded referential evidence for the safety of modern clinical medical practices.
