摘要
以多刚体系统动力学理论为基础,针对常用的麦弗逊悬架,借助CATIA软件建立悬架的三维数值模型,应用ADAMS/Car软件建立悬架的虚拟样机模型,应用ADAMS/Insight模块对其结构参数进行设计优化,结果表明关键铰点坐标对悬架参数有明显影响。提出的优化方法及最优悬架结构参数,可优化悬架的运动学特性,较好地避免轮胎磨损较快问题,改善车体行走的操纵稳定性能,为车体悬架结构优化提供思路与借鉴。
Establishing a 3 D numerical model based on the theory of multi-rigid-body system dynamics using CATIA,and also a virtual prototype model using ADAMS/Car for the Mc Pherson suspension. Then the ADAMS/Insight module is used to accomplish the design and the optimization for the structure parameters of the Mc Pherson suspension. The present paper indicates that the coordinates of the key hinge points have obvious influence on the suspension structure parameters. The optimal method and the parameters proposed can help optimizing the kinetic behavior of the suspension structure, avoiding the rapid wear of the tire as well as improving the handling stability of the car.
