摘要
我国大学生毕业人数连年递增,就业难一直是大家热议的话题。如何缓解就业难,作为高校,应发挥人员测评在就业指导中的价值,提高大学生的就业能力。目前我国大学生就业指导中尚未充分发挥人员测评的价值,这主要是由我国人员测评制度本身以及高校及学生的认知因素造成的。未来我们应提高测评的专业性并不断普及到高校和大学生,使人员测评真正发挥在大学生就业指导中的价值。
The number of college graduates in China has been increasing year by year,and the difficulty of employment has always been a hot topic. How to alleviate the difficulty of employment? As a university,we should give full play to the value of personnel assessment in employment guidance and improve the employment ability of college students. At present,the value of personnel assessment has not been brought into full play in the employment guidance of college students in China,which is mainly caused by the personnel assessment system itself and the cognitive factors of universities and students. In the future,we should improve the professionalism of assessment and popularize it to universities and college students,so that personnel assessment can really play its role in the employment guidance of college students.
