摘要
对某多层砌体房屋进行检测鉴定,发现该结构存在基础不均匀沉降、梁墙承载力不足、混凝土开裂、露筋等问题,并针对所存在的问题详细研究了相应的处理方案,给出了加固设计要点,指出结构加固设计应充分考虑原结构设计、结构鉴定结果、后期改造方案的前提下提出综合、系统的加固思路。文中研究的基础加固方法、钢筋混凝土面层施工方式、混凝土梁构件裂缝处理方式,可供后续类似工程借鉴。
Some problems such as uneven settlement, insufficient bearing capacity of beams and walls, cracks and reinforcement enclosure on concrete were found during detection and identification of a multi-storey masonry building. Corresponding treatment measures were studied in detail, and main points of reinforcement design were put forward. The comprehensive and systematic reinforcement idea should be put forward in the design of structural reinforcement, taking full account of the original structure, the safety appraisal report and the later reconstruction scheme. The foundation reinforcement method, construction method of reinforced concrete surface layer and crack treatment method of concrete beam members studied in this paper can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
