左西替利嗪联合温阳固表汤治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究

摘要
目的:观察左西替利嗪联合温阳固表汤治疗慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者的临床疗效及对血清CD4~+、CD8~+水平的影响。方法:将96例CU患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各48例,对照组予左西替利嗪口服治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加服温阳固表汤,2组疗程均为2个月;观察比较2组治疗前后临床症状积分、血清CD4~+、CD8~+水平变化,统计2组临床疗效及复发率。结果:临床疗效总有效率研究组为97.67%,对照组为88.37%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组临床症状积分均较治疗前明显下降(P <0.05);但2组间积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CD4~+较治疗前升高(P <0.05),CD8~+较治疗前降低(P <0.05);且研究组上述两项指标改善均较对照组显著(P <0.05)。随访3个月,复发率研究组为9.52%;对照组为36.84%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:左西替利嗪联合温阳固表汤治疗CU可有效消除患者临床症状,改善血清CD4~+、CD8~+表达水平,降低复发率,临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of levocetirizine combined with Wenyang Gubiao tang for patients with chronic urticaria(CU) and its effect on the levels of CD4~+ and CD8~+ in serum. Methods:A total of 96 cases of CU patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the oral administration of levocetirizine, and the study group was additionally treated with Wenyang Gubiao tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two months. The scores of clinical symptoms and the change of the levels of CD4~+ and CD8~+ in serum in the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect as well as the recurrence rate in the two groups were counted. Results: The total clinical effective rate was97.67% in the study group and 88.37% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were obviously decreased when compared with those before treatment(P <0.05);but there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores in the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD4~+ in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P <0.05),while the levels of CD8~+ were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);and the improvement of the above levels in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After three-month follow-up,the recurrence rate was 9.52% in the study group and 36.84% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of levocetirizine combined with Wenyang Gubiao tang for CU can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms,improve the expression levels of CD4~+ and CD8~+ in serum and reduce the recurrence rate,which has significant clinical effect.
