摘要
研究开展不同浓度的ABT_1对不同种源南方红豆杉插穗进行处理,通过扦插成活率、生根率的测定与计算。结果表明:不同种源与不同ABT_1浓度对南方红豆杉扦插育苗成活率、生根率的影响都存在极显著差异(sig<0.01);成活率最高的是福建种源(55.27%),贵州种源成活率最低(50.67%)。以ABT_1浓度为500mg/kg的成活率最高(77.50%),生根率最高的是福建种源(74.83%),贵州种源生根率最低(53.00%)。综合考虑,我们推荐在海南地区生产中,以福建种源育苗使用ABT_1溶液浓度为500mg/kg最佳。
Through carried out different concentrations of ABT_1 to deal with different provenance of Taxas chinensis varmairei,the survival rate and rooting rate were determined.The experiment showed that:different provenance and different concentrations of ABT_1 had a significant impact on the survival rate and rooting rate(sig<0.01).The survival rate of the seedling provenance from Fujian was the highest(55.27%),and the survival rate of the seedling provenance from Guizhou was the lowest(50.67%).The survival rate of the seedling provenance in ABT_1 solution concentration of 500 mg/kg was highest(77.50%).The rooting rate of the seedling provenance from from Fujian was highest(74.83%). The rooting rate of the seedling provenance from Guizhou was lowest(53.00%). Comprehensive consideration, the seedling provenance from Fujian with the ABT_1 best solution concentration of 500 mg/kg of Taxas chinensis varmairei production in hainan area was the best.
