台州市三家综合医院中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘要
目的了解样本医院中药注射剂的使用现状。方法利用Excel工具分析样本医院的中药注射剂占比、增长率、各类别的使用金额和DDDs排名及构成比等。结果 2015年和2016年样本医院中药注射剂控制比较理想,品种配备11种,中药注射剂的增长较全部药品的增长有明显回落,分别为0.45%和7.6%,活血化瘀类心脑血管疾病用药品种最多,其使用金额和DDDs最大,单品种的使用金额及DDDs以丹红注射液和参麦注射液名列前2位。结论中药注射剂在样本医院的使用趋缓,配备品种合理,B院需加强中药注射剂管控,进一步规范中药注射剂的使用。
Objective To understand the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) injections in the sample hospitals. Methods Excel was used to analyze the proportion, growth rate, the amount of money for each category, and the ranking and composition ratio of Defined Daily Doses(DDDs) of TCM injections in the sample hospitals. Results In 2015 and 2016, the control of TCM injections in the sample hospitals was satisfactory. There were 11 TCM injections. The growth of TCM injections dropped significantly compared with the growth of total medicines, which were 0.45% and 7.6%, respectively. The TCM injections promoting blood circulation in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases included the most categories and accounted for the largest amount of money and DDDs. Danhong injection and Shenmai injection ranked top 2 in terms of amount of money and DDDs. Conclusion The growth of the TCM injections use in sample hospitals became slower. The varieties of TCM injections were reasonable. B hospital should strengthen the management and control and regulate the use of TCM injections.
