摘要

本文采用使用后评价(POE)的相关方法探究影响公共空间使用者满意度的主要因素。在对既有POE研究成果总结的基础上,分析POE在评价公共空间品质中的应用方法与途径。作者根据已有的理论,对公共空间POE评价体系进行设计,选取了影响公共空间满意度的19个因子,通过对合肥黑池坝广场的研究,分析POE在公共空间评价中的合理性与实用性。希望该研究能为未来的城市公共空间规划提供借鉴。
        This paper uses post-evaluation(POE) related methods to explore the main factors affecting user satisfaction in public spaces.Based on the summary of the existing POE research results, this paper analyzes the application methods and approaches of POE in evaluating public space quality. According to the existing theory, the author designs the POE evaluation system of public space and selects 19 factors that affect the satisfaction of public space, through the research on Heichiba Square in Hefei, the rationality and practicability of POE in public space evaluation are analyzed. It is hoped that this research will provide inspiration and suggestions for future urban public space planning.
