横向入路法在腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术结肠脾曲游离中的安全性

摘要
目的探讨横向入路法在腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术结肠脾曲游离中的安全性。方法选取我院2016年3月至2018年2月收治的83例左半结肠癌患者随机分为两组,常规组41例采用传统侧方入路微创治疗,研究组42例采用横向入路法实施腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术,比较两组的治疗指标和并发症发生率。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、淋巴结清扫数量、住院时间均明显优于常规组(P <0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为7.1%,明显低于常规组的24.4%(P <0.05)。结论横向入路法应用于腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术结肠脾曲游离中,可以有效提升治疗效果,具有创伤性小、恢复快、安全性高的优点。
Objective To explore the safety of transversal approach in colon and spleen free of laparoscopic radical resection of left colon carcinoma. Methods 83 cases of left colon carcinoma admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group(41 cases) and study group(42 cases). The conventional group received minimally invasive treatment through conventional lateral approach, and the study group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of left colon carcinoma through transverse approach. The treatment indicators and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, lymph node dissection number and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.1%,significantly lower than 24.4% in the conventional group(P <0.05). Conclusions The application of transverse approach for colon and spleen free in laparoscopic radical resection of left colon carcinoma can effectively improve the treatment effect, and has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery and high safety.
