铜离子微创技术在痔手术中的应用

摘要
目的对比分析内痔铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除、传统外剥内扎手术对混合痔的临床治疗价值。方法研究组行铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除手术,对照组行外剥内扎术,记录两组治疗情况、治疗效果、术后疼痛情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、术后创面愈合时间、术后住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组、对照组混合痔患者临床总有效率均为100.00%;研究组混合痔患者术后24 hVAS法评分结果显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后各类并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用外痔切除联合铜离子电化学疗法治疗混合痔有效性、安全性均较优,有利于保障患者生活质量。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of copper ion electrochemical therapy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy and traditional external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The study group was treated with copper ion electrochemical therapy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy, and the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation.Results The operation time, wound healing time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05); The total clinical effective rate of the study group and the control group was 100.00%; The 24 hVAS score of patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion External hemorrhoidectomy combined with copper ion electrochemical therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, which is conducive to ensuring the quality of life of patients.
