摘要
本文建立了利用HPLC法测定婴幼儿米粉中泛酸含量的方法。色谱柱:Kinetex C_(18) 2.6μm,4.6×100 mm;流动相:0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇=95∶5;流速:1 mL·min~(-1);柱温:35℃;进样量:20μL;二极管矩阵检测器,检测波长200 nm。方法在0.861 2~8.612 1μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数R~2=0.999 946 6,泛酸加标回收率平均值97.6%,样品测定精密度RSD为2.54%。
A HPLC method was adapted for the assay of pantothenic acid in infant nutrition rice powder. The chromatographic system included a Kinetex C_(18) column(2.6 μm 4.6×100 mm) and a mobile phase consisting of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution and methanol(95 ∶ 5),with a flow rate of 1 mL·min~(-1) and 20 μL sample amount.The system was monitored by diode matrix detector at 200 nm.The system was linear from 0.861 2 ~ 8.612 1 μg·mL~(-1) and the relative coefficient was 0.999 946 6. The average recovery rate was 97.6%, the value of RSD was 2.54%.
