摘要
酸雨受致酸污染物、碱性污染物的种类和数量,气象条件,以及长距离输送过程等影响。应用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法对环太湖地区某典型中小型城市酸雨致因进行解析。结果表明,降水离子主要来源是人为活动源、地壳源和海盐源。通过定量计算得出,三种来源贡献率分别为86.4%,7.3%和6.3%。针对性的提出了优化工业布局和产业结构、调整能源消费总量和结构、加快全过程污染控制技术创新、完善空气质量监测网络、建立基于临界负荷的减排策略、建立多污染协同控制策略等建议,为环太湖地区酸雨防治的宏观调控提供参考。
Acid rain were affected by the types and quantities of acid and alkaline pollutants,meteorological conditions and the long distance transportation process.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the cause of acid rain in a typical small and medium-sized city of Taihu.The results showed that the main sources of precipitation were anthropogenic activity,crustal source and sea salt source.Through quantitative calculation,the contribution rates of the three sources were 86.4%,7.3%and 6.3% respectively.Suggestions such as optimizing industrial layout and industrial structure,the adjustment of the amount and structure of energy,accelerating the technology innovation for whole process pollution control,improving the air quality monitoring network,setting up emission reduction strategies based on the critical load,establishing strategies for pollution synergetic control,were proposed to provide reference for macro-control of acid rain control at Taihu Lake area.
